Do you have a warranty or guarantee?
Our bikes are made by hand in Ithaca, New York, USA. We take pride in our products and we offer a five-year guarantee against defects in workmanship as well as a one-year guarantee against material defects like paint and decals. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, is reserved for the original owner and is non-transferable. If you have an issue with a product and would like to request a warranty repair or replacement please contact us.

Do you offer crash replacement?
We know you like to rip on your whip and you don't always get it right. If for some reason you crash your Endpoint, contact us and we will do what we can to get you back on the bike without breaking the bank.

Intended Use & Riding At Your Own Risk
Our bikes are designed to perform well across a wide range of roads, paths and mixed surfaces. Our material selection and design choices are reflective of that. We understand that there are riders of all skill levels and some may choose to tackle terrain that is beyond the intention of our design. When that happens, things can often go sideways. 

When you ride with any of our products you do so at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your actions. While bikes are awesome at moving people to different places in an efficient and fun way, bikes can also cause serious injuries, paralysis, and death. Good luck and have fun.

Returns & Exchanges on Apparel / Soft Goods? 
We offer free domestic returns and exchanges on all apparel and other soft goods for 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Returns or exchanges must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days. Acceptable reasons for returns include but are not limited to not liking the fit or quality of your order, not realizing the design was right for you, regretting the purchase, or deciding you need the money for rent.
